Your glasses have been crafted specifically for you, there is still one important step to take before you can wear them. That step is the fitting process.
Your new eyewear fitting process is designed with your busy lifestyle in mind. When I receive your new glasses, I will do a quality control check on them for accuracy of your prescription. If they pass my quality control for accuracies of your RX prescription I will call you and we will make your appointment for your fitting process, and I ensure that your eyewear will be ready for pickup at your convenience on your appointment day we selected. It's so I your optician can adjust the glasses to properly fit your face and to make sure that the center of the lenses aligns correctly with your eyes. This gives me the time to adjust the new glasses and make sure that you can see out of your new glasses correctly. If your RX Prescription fails to meet normal standards, I will have to send them back, so they are made correctly. The lab will put a rush on them, and I will call you and let you know that your RX is inaccurate and I have called your reorder to my lab. This can happen from time to time but not often. If this indeed happens you will receive free of charge my Clear View Lens Care Combo for the inconvenience.
