Renny Allen

In 1996, I seized an opportunity at Meyer Eye Care in Imperial, Nebraska despite lacking prior optical experience. I quickly excelled in all aspects of the role, even mastering the art of cutting lenses to fit patients' frames. Fueled by my passion for the field, I pursued further studies and obtained my optician's certificate from the American Board of Opticianry in 2007. Following a brief stint in business management, I reclaimed my rightful place in the optical world in 2013, driven by an unwavering passion for the industry. 

In 2016, I embraced a new challenge at Harchelroad Motors, taking on the roles of photographer, marketing, and advertising specialist. This position has given me extensive knowledge in this field. And I currently still work 26 hours a week. 

Due to my entrepreneurial spirit and determination, I founded EyeLookGood! Eyewear in 2021, overcoming setbacks from the COVID-19 pandemic. I secured the necessary funding and opened my boutique on August 21, 2021.

My work in the optical industry is truly where my passion lies. From my early days at Meyer Eye Care to founding EyeLookGood! Eyewear, I've poured my heart and soul into this field and my business EyeLookGood! LLC.

Now housed with 530 stylish frames and plans to incorporate an optometrist into my business, I am confident in the continued success and expansion of EyeLookGood! Eyewear within my community and surrounding rural areas.
